1. Saya memiliki rencana untuk berbisnis dalam bidang fashion dan pakaian sehari - hari. Untuk merk, saya memiliki ide untuk menamainya Robe. Untuk logo akan menyusul.

2. Perancangan Jasa

Untuk memulai bisnis online, saya akan meng-hire seluruh pekerja fresh graduate dengan modal kurang lebih Rp5.700.000 untuk total sumber daya manusia yang saya perlukan dengan rincian 2.500.000 untuk designer pakaian, 500.000 untuk model, 200.000 untuk photographer, dan 3.000.000 untuk admin online shop. Sedangkan untuk product saya perlu menyiapkan 3.000.000. Untuk modal bisa jadi berubah.

a.) Kualitas

Kualitas dan bahan produk kami akan berfokus pada iklim tropis sehingga bahan pada produk kami akan tebal (tidak mudah robek), tetapi tetap nyaman & adem saat dipakai. Untuk model, kami akan menyesuaikan dengan target pasar, karena target pasar kami untuk usia remaja hingga lansia. 

b.) Pemilihan lokasi

Untuk mengawali bisnis, saya akan menggunakan rumah saya karena products akan dijual melalui via online seperti shopee, tokopedia, lazada dan website. Namun, bila penjualan lancar, saya akan menjual produk offline. Citra perusahaan kami adalah, product berkualitas sehingga saya akan menjual product di mall dengan target market middle class. 

c.) Management Rantai Pasokkan

Saya berencana untuk membeli bahan pakaian di tempat yang harganya terjangkau dan untuk model pakaian saya. Lalu saya akan membawa model pakaian pada penjahit/profesional yang dapat membuat pakaian dengan model yang saya inginkan.

d.) Pemeliharaan

Setiap barang dari supplier datang, akan diperiksa apakah layak untuk dijual/tidak. Sebelum barang dikirim kepada customer, barang akan dicheck terlebih dahulu untuk menghindari komplain dan hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Pemeliharaan tiap jenis product akan diadakan tiap senin, seperti apakah produk ada yang rusak atau apakah stock product lengkap dan lainnya.

In my opinion, customer is the person that bought our product or service. Consumer or consument is the person who use or consume our product. We also can call customers are consument if they use or consume our product. But if they don't use it, we can't say it's a consument. 

For the example, if a lady buy a coffee then give the coffee to Sam, then Sam is the consument. But if the lady buy a coffee then drink for herself, she is a customer and also a consument.

A. Rangkuman Materi

    Pembahasan pertama dalam kuliah kewirausahaan pemuda adalah mengenai pegadaian syariah. Mahasiwa dan mahasiswi diberitahu mengenai keunggulan pegadaian syariah. Selanjutnnya kami belajar mengenai materi perkuliahan yaitu modal dalam berwirausaha.

Modal paing utama dalam berwirausaha adalah yang dikatakan pak M. Apud Kusaeri adalah modal dengkul, modal mindset dan modal attitude (personality dan karakter). Contohnya kita dapat terus berpikir positif, berani memulai, percaya diri, siap kolaborasi, disiplin, jujur, pantang menyerah, dan memiliki inisiatif dalam hal yang positif.Juga ketika terdapat kesulitan yang terjadi pada banyak orang kita tidak boleh menyerah melainkan kita perlu berpikir untuk mencari peluang dalam kesulitan yang ada. Sebagai contoh, perusahaan zoom, padahal sebelum ada zoom aplikasi skype lebih gemar dipakai tetapi karena kurangnya fitur, aplikasi zoom lebih memiliki keunggulan untuk meeting and conferencing dan saat ini jauh lebih banyak digunakan daripada skype.

    Kedua, kami mempelajari mengenai menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Caranya dengan mengenali potensi diri, mengenali lingkungan bisnis, membangun jaringan, memiliki komitmen, memiliki kejujuran, memiliki niat, memiliki sikap disiplin, selalu optimis ketika membuat rencana bisnis, kita juga perlu menyukai tantangan (berani mengambil risiko, tetapi bukan nekad), dan yang terakhir adalah kemauan untuk belajar. Selanjutnya kita perlu memilih topik bisnis dan spesifik target marketing yang sangat kuat terkait noble purpose (alasan kuat untuk menjadi pengusaha), juga perlu adanya passion, tim yang handal, potensi mitra, kita juga perlu analisis pasar supaya product kita unik, langka,, dan tidak mudah ditiru. Lalu, terus menciptakan hal baru, memilih fitur yang berbeda dan kompetitif dengan pesaing yang ada, dan melakukan pola ATM (Amati, Tiru dan Modifikasi).

    Untuk mengantisipasi risiko, sebelum memulai usaha, sebaiknya melakukan riset mengenai peluang-peluang yang ada, prospek bisnis yang tahan lama, target market, kebutuhan product oleh masyarakat dan hambatan lainnya yang kemungkinan akan terjadi. Kedua memilih peluang bisnis sesuai skill dan minat. Ketiga, menentukan unci sukses faktor bisnis, sesuaikan modal dan berkolaborasi demi kebersamaan dan kekuatan.

    Selanjutnya, kami belajar mengenai definisi enterpreneurship. Kewirausahaan adalah jalan hidup. Entrepreneurship memilki tiga element yaitu innovation, skills, and creativity. Ide bisnis tidak bisa dibilang jelek atau tidak, tetapi apakah ide bisnis ini akan berjalan dengan baik dan dibutuhkan di masa depan. Jadi, sebelum memulai berbisnis kita perlu menganalisis juga membuat percobaan, wawancara, dan lainnya kepada orang-orang.

Perkenalan Potensi Diriku

 Halo! Perkenalkan nama saya Selma Angelica Uli, saat ini aku kuliah di Universitas Esa Unggul dan kuliah semester 3 pada 2021, mengambil jurusan teknik informatika. Saya mengambil jurusan ini hanya karena saya menyukai matematika, saya belum menyukai materi utama dari jurusan ini.

Potensi utama yang saya miliki adalah berhitung dan mengambil risiko. Dari kecil saya senang berjualan, tetapi hanya berjualannya saja, banyak sekali hal-hal yang tidak mengenakkan dari berdagang seperti product yang harus laku hari itu, malah tidak laku. Atau product yang kualitasnya belum baik lalu kita harus tanggung jawab dan guarantee, promosi yang membuat kita lelah untuk menghandle sendiri, dan lain halnya. Untuk saat ini, pendapatan saya sehari-hari masih kecil, biasanya saya menjual akun netflix lebih murah dari harga asli, tentunya kalau sudah menemukan hal yang lebih baik untuk dijual saya akan berpindah bisnis. Cara saya mendapatkan harga lebih murah dari netflix Indonesia, saya membeli giftcard dari negara lain dengan uang saya sendiri lalu saya redeem. Ini memiliki risiko karena kalau salah sedikit, akun tidak bisa dipakai karena memerlukan vpn untuk menonton filmnya.

Potensi yang sedang saya kembangkan adalah memperlajari jurusan yang sudah saya ambil, saya adalah lulusan SMA sehingga belum mengenal banyak mengenai bahasa pemrograman yang harus saya pelajari ini. Biasa saya menonton lewat YouTube untuk mengenalnya lebih jauh.

Potensi yang belum saya kembangkan adalah acting. Sejak kecil saya punya cita - cita untuk menjadi artis, setelah agak besar saya tau saya mau jadi aktris. Saat itu saya mengambil eskul teater (SMP). Jadi, saya hanya pernah tampil teater di TIM sekali, dan ikut membuat video iklan sekali. Untuk yang membuat saya berhenti menekuni pekerjaan ini ada beberapa faktor yang belum bisa saya sebutkan.
